We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager (FMCG / Food Safety) (m/f/d) to lead our quality assurance function. In this role, you will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, strengthen quality systems, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Systems:
Maintain and improve QA frameworks across all production processes.
Food Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Process Monitoring:
Oversee production quality checks and implement corrective actions when needed.
Audit Management:
Lead internal and external audits and ensure full compliance readiness.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify operational risks and drive improvements in product quality and safety.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
5–8 years in Quality Assurance within FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
Education:
Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, leadership ability, and attention to detail.
Language:
English required; additional language skills are an advantage depending on operational needs.
