Overview
- Implement and maintain the QA/QC program in line with the company’s quality policy and project requirements
- Prepare and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and ensure compliance with approved specifications
- Conduct site inspections of works and subcontractors, ensuring all activities meet quality standards and client expectations
- Identify non-conformances and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and coordinate approvals with consultants and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with project teams and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of quality-related activities and timely project delivery
