Overview
- Lead all mechanical engineering activities across multiple sites — including irrigation networks, pump rooms, pumping stations, HVAC, plumbing, and general MEP systems — ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Oversee irrigation pump room operations: installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of pumps, valves, filters, controllers, and associated pipework; conduct flow, pressure, and performance testing.
- Manage mechanical works within landscaping projects — coordinating irrigation distribution networks, water features, drainage systems, and equipment rooms in line with landscape design intent and specifications.
- Review and approve designs, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals; oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all mechanical systems.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot failures, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to maintain system performance and uptime.
