Overview
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations. Assist with MEP installations, troubleshooting and repair as needed.
- Review, evaluate and approve technical submissions, design concepts, engineering drawings, and installations for MEP activities
- Assist in the coordination of pricing, estimation, scoping strategies for proposed project/s and in the development and preparation of technical specifications
- Prepare the required documentations, follow up to obtain approvals from the concerned authorities like DEWA, RTA, DM, Etisalat & DU
- Prepare details for the installation of landscape, water feature and swimming pool lightings
