Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements, with a strong focus on project handover and final acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement QA/QC procedures and plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection Test Records (ITRs)
- Monitor and close punch list items prior to project completion
- Prepare and review QA/QC handover documentation, including dossiers and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals
- Ensure smooth and compliant project handover and final acceptance
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction/engineering projects
- Strong experience in project handover processes, including documentation, inspections, and final acceptance.
- **EMAAR experience is prefered strongly.**
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Certifications in QA/QC (preferred)
