We are looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Manager to lead our proposal processes and play a key role in delivering competitive bids for industrial projects in our Abu Dhabi office

This position requires strong technical, commercial, and coordination skills, working closely with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end proposal activities.

Job Description

Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal process, from request analysis to submission
Review tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production and logistics teams
Oversee cost estimation, pricing strategy, and commercial evaluations
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring accurate quotations
Ensure all proposals comply with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
Participate in clarification meetings, negotiations, and site visits when required
Establish and continuously improve proposal databases and benchmarking systems
Lead, mentor, and support proposal engineering team members
Monitor project alignment with budget, timelines, and quality standards
Provide regular reporting to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in proposal, tendering, or project-related roles
Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or power plant projects is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of technical specifications, standards, and contract requirements
Proven experience in cost estimation, pricing, and financial analysis
Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Proficient in MS Office tools
No travel restrictions
