Senior Proposal & Contracts Lead

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of proposals and bids for complex and high-value opportunities
• Manage cross-functional coordination across technical, commercial, finance, and legal teams
• Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and client expectations
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of high-quality proposal documents
• Take ownership of contract review, identifying key risks, obligations, and deviations
• Work closely with technical and commercial teams to negotiate and align contract terms
• Provide clear recommendations on commercial and contractual risks to management
• Drive adherence to timelines and ensure delivery under tight deadlines
• Lead post-submission clarifications and support client negotiations when required
• Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and knowledge management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in proposal/bid management, with exposure to contract review
• Proven ability to manage complex bids independently from start to finish
• Strong understanding of contractual terms, risk allocation, and commercial structures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy engineering within the UAE or GCC market
• Exposure to large-scale or government tenders
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and client discussions
