About the Role
REMAX ZAM Dubai is seeking driven and experienced real estate professionals to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious brokers who want to grow their personal brand, maximize their earning potential, and work with the support of a globally recognized real estate network.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property viewings
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Source listings and opportunities through networking, referrals, portals, and direct prospecting
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and available inventory
- Promote properties through advertisements, exhibitions, and online platforms
- Support transaction coordination, documentation, and closing processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong follow-up process

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or leasing preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based role
- Valid UAE driving license and residency visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
