We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Consultant to join our elite team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients, investors, and property owners.
- Lead property consultations, viewings, and investment presentations with confidence and expertise.
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities.
- Provide advanced market insights, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and community knowledge.
- Negotiate complex offers and close high‑value transactions with professionalism.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team performance when needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and repeat clients.
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage high‑value clients and build long‑term relationships.
- Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
