Senior Property Consultant

About This Role

Adulis Bay Properties is seeking experienced, driven and top-performing Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai, with a strong ability to work with a diverse client base, engage high-net-worth clients and consistently close high-value property deals while delivering strong and consistent results in Dubai’s competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert high-quality leads into successful property sales and leasing transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and end-users
• Conduct professional property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
• Provide expert advice on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with developers, brokers, and internal teams to secure exclusive deals
• Maintain an active pipeline of clients and follow up consistently to maximize conversions
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
• Represent the company in a professional manner during events, launches, and client meetings
• Mentor and support junior agents when required
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, performance, and client interactions

Requirements

• Proven real estate sales experience (Dubai experience preferred)
• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused attitude
