About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Senior Property Consultant** to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for property sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships in the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Conduct property viewings and present options to clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Stay updated with market trends and property listings
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate or sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage
- English required (additional languages such as Hindi/Urdu/Tamil/Malayalam are an advantage)
