We are seeking an experienced and highly driven **Senior Property Consultant** to lead high‑value transactions, manage premium clients, and contribute to the growth of our Abu Dhabi operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, investors, and referral partners
  • Lead property viewings, investment consultations, and tailored presentations
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
  • Negotiate complex offers and close high‑value transactions with precision
  • Mentor junior consultants and support team performance when required
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, market expertise, and strong client service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a **Senior Property Consultant**, Real Estate Broker, or similar senior sales role
  • Strong track record of closing high‑value deals in Abu Dhabi or other competitive markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with premium clients and international investors
  • Professional appearance, strong business acumen, and a consultative sales approach
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
