Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant role at DRE is an on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Senior Property Consultant will oversee the full sales and leasing cycle for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and negotiating terms.

The role includes advising clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities, especially in off-plan and portfolio scenarios, while maintaining a strong understanding of local regulations and developer offerings.

Daily responsibilities involve managing a personal pipeline through CRM tools, preparing accurate documentation and contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of customer service before and after the transaction.

The Senior Property Consultant will also contribute to business development initiatives, represent DRE at events and property launches, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Real Estate skills, including proven experience in property transactions, negotiation, and closing deals in the UAE market.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs, provide tailored property and investment advice, and present data-driven recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate regulations, market dynamics, and off-plan developments in Dubai and the wider UAE.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and standard office software to manage leads, listings, and documentation efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical standards and compliance.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Property Consultant or similar senior real estate role; RERA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the regional market are an advantage.
