Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai.

The Property Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, including off-plan units, by providing accurate market information and tailored recommendations.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms to close transactions.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, available inventory, pricing, and relevant regulations.

The Property Consultant will also manage client relationships throughout the sales and leasing cycle, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.

Consistent follow-up, high-quality customer service, and achievement of individual and team targets are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide informed property advice.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a positive client experience.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including residential and commercial segments, off-plan projects, and relevant regulations (RERA certification or willingness to obtain is an advantage).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset) and strong presentation skills.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software to manage listings and client interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle a high-volume, target-driven environment with professionalism.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred; prior experience as a Property Consultant or in a related real estate role is beneficial.
