Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Dubai.
The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exemplary customer service.
Additional responsibilities include guiding clients through the entire real estate transaction process, identifying market opportunities, and meeting sales targets while adhering to the company’s high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate expertise, with up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Exemplary Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide tailored client solutions
- Proven negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and CRM systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- UAE driving license and access to own vehicle are beneficial
