The Senior Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The advisor guides clients through property transactions from initial consultation to closing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and documentation for property sales and leasing.
- Manage a property portfolio, coordinate with landlords and tenants, and maintain accurate listings.
- Build client relationships through responsive communication and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, sales targets, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated property management experience, including listings, viewings, and landlord–tenant relationships.
- Knowledge of real estate investment, property valuation, ROI analysis, and basic finance.
- Proven customer service skills and a client-centric approach.
- Prior Property Advisor, Real Estate Agent, or similar experience; Abu Dhabi or UAE market experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and leasing and sales processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Strong communication, active listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
