Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and prepare and present proposals.
- Support negotiations and complete documentation and regulatory requirements accurately.
- Manage a property portfolio and maintain current market knowledge.
- Give clients clear guidance and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, property management, and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of property investments, valuations, returns, market trends, and basic real estate transaction finance.
- Previous property advisor, broker, or related real estate experience in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and leasing or sales procedures.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet agreed targets ethically.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
