The full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and manages and grows residential and commercial property portfolios.
The role guides clients through viewings, negotiations, contracts, and closing while providing market insights and professional advice.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property tours, and prepare listings and marketing materials.
- Maintain current knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions and timely documentation.
- Build client relationships, contribute to business development, and deliver professional customer care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated real estate sales and leasing expertise, including property presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Strong client relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to tailor advice to client needs.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation principles.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and transactions with strong organization and time management.
- Senior property, brokerage, or real estate advisory experience in the UAE or GCC is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi for client meetings and property visits.
