Senior Property Advisor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with company-generated leads and prospective buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through completion.
• Maintain client relationships, referrals, and an updated CRM pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate profile

• Preferably 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience and a demonstrable record of deal closures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are preferred due to frequent property viewings.
• Sales professionals from other industries may be considered if they have strong closing skills and a genuine commitment to real estate.
