The company provides leads, inventory, CRM, and marketing support; candidates build client relationships and close deals.
Support and earnings
- Company-generated leads, premium off-plan and secondary inventory, CRM, marketing, administration support, training, coaching, and personal branding support are offered.
- Compensation may be performance-based salary plus commission or high commission only, depending on experience and track record; earnings are uncapped.
- The company describes a path to Team Lead and management roles.
- Visa support may be available to suitable candidates, subject to company policy.
What you’ll do
- Follow up on company-generated leads with buyers and investors.
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable projects and payment plans.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and manage deals through to handover.
- Keep the CRM pipeline and referrals up to date.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets.
What the employer is looking for
- One to two years of UAE real estate sales experience with closed deals is preferred.
- Sales professionals from other industries with strong closing records and a genuine interest in property are welcome.
- ADREC broker card, or ability to obtain one.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car are preferred.
