Role Overview
VIP Investment Properties Brokerage is expanding its Abu Dhabi team.
The invitation covers real estate sales agents, leasing agents, and off-plan specialists.
The company seeks experienced real estate professionals ready to grow and increase earning potential.
Compensation and Support
- Compensation may be commission-only up to 70% or performance-based salary plus commission.
- The company provides premium off-plan and secondary-market inventory and developer partnerships.
- Support includes company-generated leads, marketing, personal branding, CRM technology, administration, management, and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert company and personal leads.
- Handle buyer and investor requirements.
- Conduct viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Build investor relationships and close transactions.
- Track projects, launches, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE real estate experience is required.
- Off-plan, secondary-market, or leasing experience is preferred.
- Strong Abu Dhabi and UAE property-market knowledge is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Good command of English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
