- وضع وتنفيذ إجراءات تشغيل قياسية للمشروعات المقرر إقامتها وتقديم عمليات تطوير مستمرة لهذه الإجراءات لضمان اتباع المشاريع التابعة للإدارة لأفضل الممارسات الدولية المعمول بها.
- الإشراف على دراسة المشاريع ذات الصلة بالقطاع واستيعاب متطلبات وأهداف وأغراض هذه المشاريع وضمان حساب النفقات بشكل صحيح، وخلاف ذلك، يتعين القيام بالبحث اللازم وتوفير الدعم والأساس المنطقي للفروقات التي يتم تحديدها.
- تقييم ومراقبة أداء وكفاءة جميع المشروعات والبرامج ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ البرامج على النحو المخطط لها.
- مراجعة نماذج الاتصال الرسمية مع أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة بهذه المشاريع ودعم وضع اشتراطات تأهيل المستشارين الذين يتم الاستعانة بهم.
- التنسيق مع موظفي وأعضاء الفريق وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين في شأن إعداد التقارير حول المشاريع الكبرى ذات الصلة والتي تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر إعداد الدراسات الاستباقية وتخطيط موارد المشروعات وإدارة ميزانياتها ومتطلبات التخطيط وتقديم التقارير للإدارة وضمان الجودة وإدارة المخاطر وتحليل عمليات الأعمال ووضعها والتفاوض بشأن العقود.
- قيادة جميع أنشطة أصحاب المصلحة وتنسيقها لدعم المشروع وإيجاد استراتيجيات تضمن تحقيق المطلوب والالتزام بالجدول الزمني الموضوع وضمان الدقة والتواصل الفعال المناسب.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة داخليًا وخارجيًا في المسائل ذات الصلة بإدارة المشروعات وذلك بهدف تسهيل تدفق المعلومات.
- تقديم الدعم للإدارات الخارجية عن طريق جمع البيانات وتحليلها خلال فترة تحديد ووضع عملية الأعمال والسياسات والإجراءات و/أو مواصلة تطبيقها .
- الإشراف على عمليات تخطيط المشروعات عمومًا من خلال إعداد التقارير بشأن الجداول الزمنية للمشروعات ومخرجاتها.
- تنسيق إعداد التقارير الداخلية والخارجية من خلال جمع وتحليل وتلخيص البيانات والمعلومات ذات الصلة بجميع المشاريع.
- الإشراف على إدارة جميع ما يخص المشروع بما في ذلك السجل المالي والتقارير وتقييم الأعمال المكتملة.
- المشاركة في تطوير السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات الخاصة فنيًا وتشغيليًا، وضمان الالتزام بحيث يتم استيفاء جميع المتطلبات ذات الصلة، وتوافقها مع العمليات.
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وذلك لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات والمعايير القائمة، وللتأكد من أن أنشطة الموظفين يتم إنجازها بكفاءة وفاعلية وفي الوقت المناسب.
Qualifications
درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم أو الفنون التطبيقية أو الفنون التشكيلية أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المشاريع أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة.
