Senior Project Manager – Fitout Projects

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project SOWs, BOQs, specifications, and execution plans
- Manage multiple fitout and construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with FM, MEP, IT, Security, ELV, and BMS stakeholders
- Monitor contractor performance, project schedules, and compliance
- Support tendering, technical evaluations, and procurement activities
- Lead project progress meetings and reporting
- Ensure timely project delivery, risk management, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 20 years of construction and fitout experience
- Minimum 14 years UAE experience
- Strong experience in fitout project delivery, systems integration, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects independently
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, specifications, project planning, and contractor management
