The Senior Project Manager - Transformation will lead and deliver high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be someone skilled in managing complex transformation projects and initiatives, and aligning them with business strategy and digital roadmaps.
This role will be based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia (specifically Dammam/Khobar).

Our client is a well-established family group based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
They are currently going through an enterprise-wide transformation, and the Senior Project Manager - Transformation will be instrumental in achieving business objectives.

Enable business transformation agendas by partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful departmental initiativesAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment and execution excellenceEstablish best-in-class PMO governance, ensuring disciplined delivery and consistent program oversightLead performance tracking and reporting across projects and initiatives , converting data into meaningful insights for executive decision-makingDrive structured governance through high-impact forums that foster accountability and accelerate outcomesAnticipate and navigate risks and delivery challenges, maintaining momentum across complex initiativesProvide clear, timely escalation and resolution pathways, safeguarding program delivery and business valueChampion continuous improvement, driving innovation and PMO maturity
Profile
The Senior Project Manager - Transformation must be/have:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of studyPMP certification is highly preferred8+ years of relevant experience in project management/PMOPreviously worked in large, complex organisationsExpert in PMO governance, planning, tracking, and executive reportingStrong capability in project planning and scheduling, translating strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and actionable plansSkilled in executive reporting and dashboardingHighly proactive, demonstrating initiative and forward-thinking problem anticipationSkilled in conflict resolution and negotiation, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder interestsConfident and impactful presenter, capable of delivering clear, concise narratives to senior leadershipExcellent collaborator and communicator - able to influence, align, and engage stakeholders across all organisational levelsBased in/willing to relocate to the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia (Dammam/Khobar)
Job Offer
This is an opportunity to lead critical transformation projects within a leading Saudi family group.
The salary for this role will be around SAR 25,000 per month plus family benefits.
