Role Description
The Senior Project Manager at Viva Sports Rehab will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects related to clinic operations, service expansion, and process improvement.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Sharjah, with a mix of on-site presence and the flexibility to work from home for designated tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, managing budgets, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring that project milestones and quality standards are met.
The Senior Project Manager will track progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
This role also involves optimizing logistics, managing external vendors and inspectors when needed, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership with skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications for project deliverables.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, vendors, and timelines across multiple projects or locations.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within healthcare, sports, or rehabilitation environments.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Sharjah, manage part-time hours efficiently, and prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
