Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an HR Business Partner, located in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
The HR Business Partner will oversee HR management, implement company HR policies, manage employee benefits, and provide guidance on personnel management.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with management to address workforce needs, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
The role requires a proactive approach to developing and maintaining an engaging and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management practices
- Experience with the development and implementation of HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry is a plus
