We are seeking a senior project manager with experience in Nuclear safeguards,Nuclear material accounting & control(NMAC),FANR regulatory compliance,IKEA safeguards reporting,radiation protection,nuclear operation or radioactive waste management program.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership with demonstrated skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management in highly regulated or nuclear-related projects.
- Hands-on experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials, documentation, and milestones across complex project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes within nuclear or similarly regulated industries, including coordination of inspections, quality checks, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee movement, tracking, and control of critical materials and information in alignment with safeguards and NMAC requirements.
- Solid understanding of nuclear safeguards, nuclear material accounting and control (NMAC), and relevant international and national regulatory frameworks (e.g., IAEA guidance, national nuclear regulations).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, regulatory, and operations teams in a remote environment.
- Proven experience using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Agile/Waterfall hybrids) to manage complex programs.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, physics, nuclear science, project management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
