Key Responsibility
- Own the full project lifecycle, schedule, budget and milestones.
- Run governance: weekly status reporting, risk and issue management, change control and sponsor/steering updates.
- Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team and coordinate closely with client stakeholders.
- Maintain the project plan, RAID log and requirements traceability; drive on-time, on-quality delivery.
- Manage mobilisation, resourcing and the key delivery phases.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years on similar nuclear safeguards projects (a mandatory requirement), within a broader 8+ year project-management career.
- Proven delivery of custom software on fixed-price, milestone-based engagements.
- Strong command of schedule, risk, change, budget and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing integration- and security-heavy builds and vendor/client coordination.
- Nice to have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with IAEA/national regulatory reporting projects.
- Experience on large public-sector or critical-infrastructure programmes.
