About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services, along with experience in building scalable and integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Build and maintain C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and web resources
- Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Web APIs
- Work with Dataverse Web API, SSRS, and SSIS for reporting and data integration
- Manage deployments using Azure DevOps in Agile/Scrum environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and integrations
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including SSRS and SSIS
- Good understanding of CRM solution lifecycle and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
