About This Role
Overview
IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for a highly experienced and dependable **Senior Project Manager** to lead and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
This role requires a proactive leader who can take full ownership of projects, make sound decisions and ensure successful delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee projects independently from planning to completion
- Take initiative in decision-making to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards
- Anticipate project needs and resolve issues before escalation
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Airport and government authority procedures and regulations
- Prepare reports, schedules and project documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in UAE (preferably Dubai Airport or government projects)
- Strong knowledge of local authority approvals, processes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
- Highly reliable, proactive and committed to company success

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
