Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale and multi-site projects from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and material delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and present project performance reports to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide project managers and operational teams
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction, materials supply, or related industries
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-site projects
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
