- Lead end-to-end project management and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams effectively.
- Oversee planning, execution, and quality control of projects.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and company standards.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Act as the key representative in client meetings and project decisions.

- Masterโs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Project management certifications (PMP or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ
- Minimum 7 years of experience in development, contracting, or consultancy, including at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- At least 2 years of Dubai experience within the last 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and construction processes.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting systems.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-
