About the Role:

DFO Global Solutions is a growing international consulting and digital delivery company specializing in enterprise transformation, operational efficiency, and large-scale technology implementation. We support organizations in delivering complex projects across multiple industries with a focus on quality, speed, and scalability.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) who will take ownership of end-to-end project execution across strategic initiatives. You will not only manage timelines and budgets but also lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

You will act as the key driver of project success, working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and leadership teams to ensure smooth delivery of high-impact programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise projects from initiation to completion.

Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and senior executives.

Delivery Oversight:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Risk & Issue Management:
Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations effectively.

Team Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Reporting & Governance:
Provide clear progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates to leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of project management experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex projects.

Track Record:
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale IT, operations, or business transformation projects.

Tools & Methodologies:
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred):
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.

Language Skills:
English (C1/B2 required). Additional language skills are a plus.

Mindset:
Strong leadership, structured thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR26,000.00 per month
