We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital Solutions (m f d) who can drive the successful delivery of complex digital initiatives. You will not just manage timelines you will shape project strategy, align cross functional teams, and ensure that every solution delivers measurable business value. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineers, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and excellence across every phase of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership:
Lead end to end delivery of digital projects from planning and scoping to execution and final delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Strategic Planning:
Define project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation while aligning with business goals and client expectations.

Team Leadership:
Guide cross functional teams including designers, developers, and analysts. Foster collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders.

Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate progress, manage expectations, and present solutions with clarity and confidence.

Process Optimization:
Continuously improve workflows and project management practices to increase efficiency and delivery quality.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in project management within digital, technology, or consulting environments, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Project Expertise:
Proven track record of delivering complex digital or software projects, preferably in agile or hybrid environments.

Tools and Methodologies:
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies. Experience with tools such as Jira or similar platforms is essential.

Communication Skills:
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.

Mindset:
Highly organized, proactive, and solution oriented. Able to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
