We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Construction / IT / Operations) (m/f/d) who can lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure that projects are executed with precision, clarity, and consistency.

You will act as the central link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to execution.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across construction, IT, or operational domains.

Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.

Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Identify gaps in workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and project success rates.

Work closely with technical, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

6+ years of experience in project management, with exposure to construction, IT, or operational project environments.

At least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery with measurable results and successful stakeholder management.

Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
