for our client based in
Dubai
for
12 Months Contract.
Seeking an experienced and results-driven
Senior Project Manage
r from
Aviation or Aircraft background
to lead end to end project delivery for a leading engineering-driven organization in the aviation sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and commercial performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve service, quality, and timeline objectives.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, delivering complex projects.
- Experience in Aviation, aerospace, or engineering environments is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
- Strong leadership, structured thinking, and result oriented mindset.
