We are currently recruiting a
Senior Associate - Syndicate & Corporate Loan Admin
for our Banking client based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate - Syndicate & Corporate Loan Administration to manage daily operations related to syndicated and bilateral loan facilities under the Credit Middle Office function.
The role involves ensuring accurate processing, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and effective coordination with key stakeholders.
1.Loan Processing & Operations
- Handle operational activities for syndicated and bilateral loans including drawdowns, rollovers, settlements, and fee processing.
- Ensure transactions are executed in line with facility agreements, agent notices, and internal policies
- Monitor timelines and meet all participant obligations.
2.Monitoring & Controls
- Track key loan conditions such as DSRA, rental income, commitment fees, and VAT
- Reconcile Nostro, escrow, and related accounts and report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with covenants, collateral, and approval conditions.
3.Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with agent banks and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate fee recovery and administrative requirements in line with agreements.
4.Process & Compliance
- Maintain adherence to bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support system enhancements, UAT, and process improvements.
- Identify and escalate risks, exceptions, and control gaps
5.Team Support
- Act as backup within the team and support workload prioritization
- Contribute to productivity tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
- 5-7 years of banking experience, with strong exposure to credit administration and syndicated loans in UAE.
- Experience in corporate loan operations and process improvement
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit policies, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
