Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for wireless communication systems, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Drive hardware and software integration activities, defining integration strategies, milestones, and system-level alignment across engineering teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of technical and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RF, hardware, embedded software, systems engineering) to deliver fully integrated communication products.
• Oversee system-level design alignment, including network architecture, communication protocols, and RF system integration.
• Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Engage with suppliers and external partners to support integration, delivery, and quality objectives.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management within wireless communications, telecom, or RF systems.
• Strong experience in hardware and software integration (minimum 5 years).
• Solid understanding of wireless communication principles, RF systems, and network architectures.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across full product lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of communication systems, protocols, and system integration methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in defence, aerospace, or secure communications environments
• Exposure to satellite communications (SATCOM) or advanced wireless technologies (e.g. LTE, 5G, SDR)
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Agile or Scrum certification
• Experience working with global or distributed engineering teams
