This part-time Senior Project Manager role at مكاتب الحاق واستقدام عمالة مصرية - شركات التوظيف is based in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for workforce recruitment and deployment projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met.
The role includes coordinating with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external agencies to monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope or requirements.
Daily responsibilities involve reviewing project documentation, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, managing risks, and escalating critical issues when needed.
The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement, mentor junior team members, and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership capabilities, with proven experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to track deliverables, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time completion of project activities.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify documentation, compliance, and quality of services or materials related to project deliverables.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate movement, scheduling, and documentation for personnel and related project resources.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and maintain clear, professional correspondence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms); familiarity with reporting dashboards is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, manpower supply, or related service industries, particularly within the GCC region, is a plus.
