Role Description This part-time on-site role, based in Dubai, is responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple staffing and recruitment projects for مكاتب الحاق واستقدام عمالة مصرية - شركات التوظيف.
The Project Execution Manager coordinates project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that client requirements are clearly defined, documented, and met within agreed schedules.
The role involves daily monitoring of project progress, identifying risks or delays, and implementing corrective actions in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
The manager will liaise with clients, suppliers, and inspection agencies, prepare periodic status reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
The role also includes optimizing workflows, supporting continuous improvement of processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Practical experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to track orders, follow up on commitments, and ensure timely delivery of services and documentation.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality checks to verify that project outputs meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Logistics management capabilities to coordinate transport, documentation, and scheduling between clients, agencies, and workforce.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or service-based project environments; experience in Gulf markets is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard office software and basic project tracking tools; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
