Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for staff supporting overseas recruitment services.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company procedures.
The role involves coordinating with management and department leads on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes in a fair and confidential manner.
The Human Resources Manager will also support training and development initiatives, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and prepare regular HR reports and metrics for leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in ethical recruitment and workforce management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation, including contracts, handbooks, and standard operating processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR systems and basic office software (e.g., HRIS, spreadsheets, word processing, email, and reporting tools).
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for communication with candidates and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in recruitment agencies, overseas manpower, or similar environments in the GCC region is preferred.
