Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Project Coordinator Engineer.

The role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring construction milestones are achieved on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

include coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors, reviewing engineering designs and plans, managing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

The candidate will lead site inspections, monitor daily progress, and address any technical challenges to maintain project efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination and management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Strong technical knowledge in reviewing engineering designs, blueprints, and construction drawings
  • Experience in site management, quality assurance, and risk assessment
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD or project management applications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Impeccable organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, are advantageous
  • Previous experience in high-end construction or architectural projects in the UAE is highly desirable
  • 3-6 years ( UAE Experience ).
