Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Swimming Pools and Landscape Engineer.
The selected candidate will oversee the design, planning, and implementation of swimming pool and landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Responsibilities
include coordinating with architects and consultants, conducting site inspections, supervising contractors, and managing resource allocation to maintain project efficiency.
The role requires maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Expertise in swimming pool design, landscape engineering, and project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and sustainability practices
- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
- Professional certifications and prior experience in similar roles are considered an advantage
