Responsibilities
- Conduct kickoff meetings and verify specifications, drawings, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
- Coordinate factory delivery schedules and monitor orders throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify delays, communicate revised dates and reasons, and conduct weekly order reviews.
- Manage priority, specification, phasing, and order revision requests.
- Resolve supply and delivery issues and escalate constraints with proposed solutions.
- Coordinate dispatch readiness and close post-dispatch issues involving shortages, damage, or site requirements.
- Maintain accurate order status, delivery dates, ERP or order tracking records, and delay-revision records.
Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in manufacturing, project coordination, order management, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience coordinating orders from booking through dispatch between branches or sales teams and factory or manufacturing teams.
- Experience in Make-to-Order, customized, or project-based manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience with ERP or order tracking systems and Excel tools is referenced in the screening questions.
- Periodic travel to manufacturing units or branches is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Provident Fund is listed as a benefit.
Workplace and schedule
- Work location is in person in Vile Parle.
- Working hours are 10:15 AM–6:45 PM.
- Periodic travel is required.
