About the Role

Support the delivery of major infrastructure, transport, buildings, and land development projects across Saudi Arabia.

Develop and maintain project programmes, implement project controls processes, and provide accurate performance reporting.

Work with project managers, project directors, design managers, and multidisciplinary technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The role suits a project controls professional with 5-10 years of experience who can provide programme and performance insights and support bid activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor programmes using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Establish Work Breakdown Structures, programme baselines, and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate programme development with project and technical leads.
  • Monitor progress, update programmes, and perform critical path analysis.
  • Support forecasting, earned value management, and performance measurement.
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, management reports, and change control assessments.
  • Prepare project controls reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support tender programmes, resource schedules, delivery strategies, continuous improvement, and digital ways of working.

Essential Candidate Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven project planning, scheduling, and project controls experience.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with integrated schedules, programme baselines, and Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Understanding of forecasting, earned value management, resource planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Experience preparing project controls reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience on major infrastructure, transport, buildings, or land development projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Professional accreditation such as APM, PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent.
  • Primavera P6 Professional Certification.
  • Experience with Power BI, Acumen Fuse, or similar digital reporting and schedule assurance platforms.
  • Experience with major transport, rail, metro, aviation, or land development programmes.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or similar contracts and experience in cost control and earned value reporting.
