Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 12 years of project management, program management, or project delivery experience within nuclear, EPC, energy, manufacturing, construction, or heavy industrial environments. Demonstrated experience leading project management organizations responsible for multiple concurrent projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and best practices. Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and risk management. Experience working within highly regulated industries, preferably nuclear, power generation, or energy-related sectors. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to establish discipline, accountability, and standardization across complex project teams. U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations and nuclear industry requirements. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential. Experience supporting small modular reactor (SMR) programs, advanced reactor development, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management and scheduling tools. Strong understanding of EPC project execution, fabrication management, supplier oversight, procurement, and construction processes. Experience establishing or leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) or enterprise project management frameworks. Experience managing major component fabrication, procurement, and delivery programs in a regulated environment.
