Key responsibilities
- Own the quality and delivery experience improvement roadmap for the Rush network.
- Conduct time and motion studies and analysis in delivery stations to identify cost and productivity improvements.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery associate experience, and network speed initiatives using Rush operations and tools.
- Monitor transportation impacts and metrics, then drive initiatives that balance customer experience and financial impact.
- Collaborate with DEX and Speed teams on program launches.
- Use data-driven analysis to evaluate pilots and expansion.
- Influence stakeholders across DEX, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
- Build scalable mechanisms, including weekly business reviews and dashboards.
- Work with Finance business partners on planning assumptions for OP1, QxG, and 3YF.
- Write six-page documents and narratives.
Basic qualifications
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of process-improvement experience.
- Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
