Key responsibilities
- Own the FBA inbound lifecycle and inbound speed and operational excellence programs for KSA.
- Develop forecasting models and capacity plans, refining models and aligning cross-functionally to improve accuracy.
- Plan and execute peak events, including capacity modeling, contingency strategies, and leadership reporting.
- Lead cross-functional program management with senior stakeholders across relevant functions.
- Manage process improvement and change initiatives, including site launch readiness, defect reduction, and throughput efficiency.
- Set mechanisms, metrics, and scalable processes to shift operations toward predictive, preventive management.
Basic qualifications
- At least 4 years of program or project management experience.
- At least 4 years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- At least 4 years implementing data- and metrics-driven process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, and knowledge of SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 4 years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- At least 4 years driving process improvements.
- Experience managing stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
- Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules.
- Fluency in spoken, written, and read Arabic.
Team
The FBA Supply Chain team operates within MENATR 3P Marketplace and supports seller experience across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey.
The team works with fulfillment operations, supply chain planning, technology, and business teams on programs moving inventory from seller to shelf.
