Key responsibilities
- Lead global programs from initiation to delivery, managing multiple projects and workstreams under one roadmap.
- Establish governance, roadmap, milestones, priorities, and success criteria.
- Own progress, risks, dependencies, and final program delivery.
- Run steering committees and program reviews; manage escalations, documentation, and change control.
- Drive go-to-market readiness.
Experience and qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in technology or financial services, including at least 5 years leading large multi-workstream programs in global fintech, brokerage, or capital markets.
- Hands-on exposure to brokerage or trading platforms and working understanding of cash and derivative trade lifecycles.
- Advanced stakeholder management, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across global teams.
- Track record managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
- Experience tracking programs end to end in Confluence and Jira.
