Senior Program Manager, APAC Doc Processing
Role Overview
This role sits within the Global Platform Integrity team in Community Operations and plays a critical role in enabling sustainable growth across APAC. The team owns document operations that help earners get onto the Uber platform quickly and safely, balancing a seamless onboarding experience with the regulatory and policy requirements needed to operate in each market. You’ll partner closely with Product to shape new launches, automation, and efficiency improvements, and with Operations to support market expansions and implement new policies—identifying opportunities to remove supply friction and make it easier for more earners to access the platform.
Beyond day-to-day document operations, this role will help define how Uber scales identity and eligibility processes across a highly complex and diverse region. You’ll use operational insights to improve products and workflows, mitigate fraud and platform risk, and ensure evolving compliance requirements are translated into scalable, effective solutions. The role sits at the intersection of growth, product, operations, and compliance, with a mandate to protect the integrity of the platform while unlocking supply and enabling the business to grow.
